For Anh & Greg’s wedding we travelled up to Derbyshire and Thornbridge Hall, which is a private stately home in the most stunning surroundings. Because a real life family lives in the house (I know, how amazing must that be!), the atmosphere inside is something very special. Grand and intimate at the same time, and most of all surprisingly funky and eclectic.
Anh & Greg’s wedding continued our streak of rainy weddings days, but while it was a bit inconvenient for sure, it definitely didn’t dampen the spirit of the day at all. Anh looked absolutely stunning in her wedding gown from Morgan Davies and Filippa Scott heels, while Chloe from Lou Lou’s Hair & Beauty worked her magic on make-up and hair. Jo Price Flowers created the beautiful bouquets and arrangements and Fancie Cupcakes were responsible for the delicious cupcake tower.
Sometimes I really have to pinch myself. It’s just amazing, all the places I get to see, and all the lives I’m allowed to peek inside of. I feel so very fortunate to get to share such special days and moments. Anh & Greg, thank you for having us and making us feel so welcomed, and thank you so much for not making me go on that helicopter after all… x
P.S. a special thank you to Jackie at Thornbridge Hall, who took such good care of us!
