I do love a London wedding! Sally & James live in the heart of Smithfield, so it was only natural they would want to get married in this gorgeous area of London. Even the weather added to the ‘London atmosphere’, with rain that didn’t let up all day…
Sally and the girls got ready at the swanky The Zetter where Sadaf Ahmad was on make-up duty, while Tony Hegarty took care of the hair. Sally’s uh-ma-zing wedding gown was by Sottero and Midgely and once again I got to play with my favourite Jimmy Choos, I do love a bit of sparkle me.
For the ceremony we gathered at the beautiful Parish Church of Saint Bartholomew The Less and I have to say that one of the most touching moments of the day was listening to the incredible London Community Gospel Choir sing. Sooo good! Afterwards, a quick skip and a hop across Smithfield Market, and we arrived at the reception of Sally & James’ wedding, which was held at Portal Restaurant and Bar where flowers by Hattie Fox of Harper and Tom’s added delicious colour to the rainy day. I also need to mention the beautiful cake, made by Sally’s mum, which looked like a replica of Sally’s dress! Loved it.
Thank you so much Sally & James for having us be a part of your day. You are just the loveliest and I wish you all the best in your life together as husband and wife! x

Absolutely delightful. So many original ideas both in the couples choices and the way they were photographed. That yellow certainly put some sunshine in to a rainy day.

They look so happy despite the rain! Love the shot of a little girl with 60D! I have a soft spot for yellow, so swooning over flowers and details! Beautiful

Oh so lovely! The touches of yellow and orange certainly do brighten up their day but have to say I love the mean and moody skies and brolly shots! The daffs are all a lovely touch too!
