I still can’t quite believe that the current October/November issue is the last ever issue of Cosmopolitan Bride. Cosmo Bride was the first magazine to feature pictures from the weddings of my lovely couples, and it is really really sad to see it go. Flo & Chris’ beautiful farm wedding is gracing the pages of the last issue, and with that, I will bid my farewell to the prettiest bride on the block… it has been an honour and a pleasure to share column space on your beautiful pages. x
Anna & Chris in Cosmo Bride China
It was quite exotic to see Anna & Chris’ wedding featured in the March issue of Cosmopolitan Bride in China. I’ve only seen the layout in pdf form so far, but am looking forward to browsing through the whole magazine once I get my hard copy of it – even if I’m not going to understand a word of it. :D
Laura & Richard in Cosmo Bride
Laura & Richard’s gorgeous Greenwich wedding is currently gracing the pages of the April/May issue of Cosmopolitan Bride, and lovely it looks too, I think Laura’s purple colour theme looks right at home on the pages of a magazine! Do pick up a copy at your nearest newsagents if you want to take a closer look.
New Year New Features
2011 started with a bang, with lots of my lovely brides (and grooms, obviously!) prettifying the pages of magazines in news agents all over the UK. Emily & Owen‘s rockin’ London wedding got featured in the Feb/March issue of Cosmopolitan Bride, while Lucy & Brandon‘s elegant Andaz Liverpool Street wedding currently graces the pages of Wedding magazine, plus you can also find Sarah & James‘ beautiful countryside wedding in the newest issue of Wedding Flowers.
I hope you all had a brilliant New Year’s and are getting used to the new decade. I’m still slightly confused about where 2010 went, but I’m starting to get super excited about the amazing weddings ahead of me. I have to say it, I just love my job!
Real wedding features in Cosmopolitan Bride
Both Sophie & Henry‘s and Anna & Chris‘ weddings have the honour of gracing the pages of the December/January Cosmopolitan Bride, which is out now.
Coming from a magazine design background, magazines have always played a huge part in my life. When I changed careers to photography I was wondering how much I would miss the publishing world, but luckily I haven’t had to miss it all really. Having my work published in magazines has enabled me to experience the process from the other side of the fence, and I have to say it has been thoroughly enjoyable, not to mention a huge honour. Every time I get a new issue featuring my photos in my hands it feels like Christmas, and I can’t wait to see what the designers have come up with! :D
