This summer I’ve been lucky enough to return to Larmer Tree Gardens twice, first for Joan & Albert‘s wedding, and then a while later Amanda & Nick tied the knot there as well. I had an inkling after Amanda & Nick’s London engagement session that their wedding was going to be one pretty affair, and I wasn’t wrong! Amanda’s amazing Candy gown by Monique L’Huillier, jewellery by Jenny Packham and Valentino shoes already set the tone for the gorgeousness to come. Jo Peters worked magic on make-up and Elke from Amazing Face was in charge of hair. Much cuteness was added by the flower girls, who looked absolutely adorable and glowed throughout the day whilst performing their duties.
There was so much pretty everywhere, from the gorgeous Flowers by Passion arrangements, to the cake by Sandra Monger and not least the beautiful stationary by Rose and Ruby Paper Company (who are also on facebook), accented by hundreds of intricate origami hearts, made by the groom himself!
One of the most memorable moments of the day was when, as a surprise to Nick, Amanda got on stage to sing a song with Dave Boa Quintet. It was the first time she sang publicly in a long time, and it’s safe to say there was not a dry eye in the garden after her stunning performance.
Thank you so much Amanda & Nick for having us share your beautiful day with you, loved every bit of it! x
