London engagement photography
Rose & Brendan’s engagement shoot yesterday kicked butt. I really enjoyed traipsing around Southwark with this couple, and we even managed to capture some sunshine! Honestly, it was so very strange seeing sunlight through my camera for the first time in months…

To be honest, I really shouldn’t give you any more sneak peeks of anything until I’ve actually finished editing all the weddings and sessions I need to finish, but I just couldn’t resist testing out my new blogging platform. It’s been a long day of moving everything over to WordPress, but I think things work more or less normally now – or actually, even better than before. Do let me know if you experience any glitches and I’ll get on it!

Lucy & Jeremy | Sneak Peek

Here’s a little sneak peek from Lucy & Jeremy’s wedding, which took place in the STUNNING St. Bartholomew The Great, with a reception at The Royal Exchange. Full blog post coming some time next week (I hope!).

I should also mention that my blog is experiencing some technical difficulties at the moment, mainly the categories are not loading properly. I will be moving over to a different blogging platform this weekend, which will hopefully make everything better, but in the meanwhile you can still browse via the archives. I just had to share this shot from Caroline & Ben’s wedding from last Saturday, as I think it’s one of my favourite pictures I’ve taken so far this year. I still have another wedding to edit before I get to the rest of the images from this one, but I just couldn’t resist having a peek to see whether this came out like I thought it did when I took it.

Simona & Dan | Wedding

Ooh I do love an Andaz Liverpool Street wedding! Luckily I have quite a few of them coming up, but Simona & Dan’s was the first one this year, which makes it a little bit special. The ceremony of Simona & Dan’s wedding took place in the Bishopsgate Room of the Andaz, while their drinks reception was held at the Gallery and dinner in the gorgeous 1901 restaurant. I have to say that I was blown away by how Simona had planned every little detail SO perfectly. From her gorgeous Vera Wang gown, to the purple colour theme running through the day, everything looked just absolutely sublime!

After the speeches guests piled onto an old London bus, which ferried us over to the St Mary Axe at the top of the Gherkin. Despite the darkness and the fog, the views from up there very pretty spectacular. What a place to dance the night away! Oh and a special shout out goes to the boys from Wedding Smashers who did a seriously good job on the decks. If you’re in search of the coolest wedding DJ’s in town, look no further.

Thank you so much Dan and (princess) Simona! I loved every minute of your beautiful wedding and I hope you will always be as happy together as you were on the day. <3
